What is the Body Kind Project?
We aim to help people who struggle with body image and food anxiety specifically through regulating their emotions in order to reduce mental distresses and build a stronger connection with their body. We emphasize emotional strengthening and early prevention for people experiencing irregular eating behaviors before clinical eating disorders develop.
